1. They are redistributing or selling any portion of the Spazeone Platform or creating new products or services based on the Spazeone Platform.
2. I am copying the Content.
3. Engaging in mass downloads or generating bulk feeds of the Content (or enabling others to do so).
4. Utilizing the Spazeone Platform to develop or supplement any other mapping-related dataset (including mapping or navigation datasets, business listings databases, mailing lists, social media, or telemarketing lists) for use in a service that competes with or is substantially similar to the Spazeone Platform.
5. I attempted to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Spazeone Platform or related software, except where applicable law expressly prohibited this restriction.
6. I am removing, obscuring, or altering any terms of service, links to or notifications of those terms, or any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
7. They are engaging in inappropriate, illegal, or actions that violate the rights of others (including their privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights).

APPROPRIATE CONDUCT: COMPLIANCE WITH LAW AND COMPANY POLICIES

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your behavior and Content when using the Spazeone Platform and any outcomes that may arise from such behavior. You agree to use the Spazeone Platform solely for lawful and appropriate purposes in alignment with the Agreement and any applicable policies or guidelines the Company may provide. For instance, but not limited, you agree that while using the Spazeone Platform or its Content, you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, such as their rights to privacy and publicity.
• Upload, post, email, transmit, or make any inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful Content available.
• Upload, post, transmit, or make available any content that infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party, unless you are the rightful owner of said rights or have obtained permission or legal justification to use such Content.
• Distribute messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters, or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements.
• Share any content, messages, or communications prohibited by applicable law, the terms, or any relevant Spazeone Platform policies or guidelines.
• Download files in a manner that you know, or reasonably should know, to be an illegal distribution.
• Assume another person's identity, manipulate author attributions, or alter the origin or source labels of Content, software, or other materials.
• Impede or disrupt other users' use of the Spazeone Platform or Company services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Company's Spazeone Platform, servers, or networks connected to it, or disregard the requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks linked to the Company's Spazeone Platform.
• Employ any robotic, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of the Company's Spazeone Platform or Content or gather information about users for unauthorized purposes.
• Present Content as if it were sponsored or endorsed by the Company when it is not.
• Create user accounts through automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses.
• Promote or provide instructions for illegal activities.
• Advocate for physical harm or injury against any individual or group.
• Transmit viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other destructive elements.

CONTENT ON THE SPAZEONE PLATFORM

The Spazeone Platform offers access to a range of Content, including but not limited to photographic imagery, map and terrain data, attendance management, visitor management systems, augmented reality cards, management systems, live location sharing, user live location solutions, business listings, reviews, and related information provided by the Company, its licensors, and its users (referred to as the "Content"). Additionally, you may opt to access third-party Content accessible through the Company's Spazeone Platform. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• Map data, traffic information, directions, and associated Content are intended solely for planning purposes. Variances in weather conditions, mobile/data network availability, lack of mobile device updates or refreshes, construction projects, closures, or other events may result in differences between road conditions or directions and the outcomes depicted on the map. It would help if you exercised your judgment when using this Content.
• Using the Spazeone Platform, you do not acquire ownership rights in the Content. The Company, its licensors, and its users retain all ownership rights in the Content. Unless you have received explicit permission from the Company or the owner of the Content through a separate agreement, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Content in ways not authorized by the Terms.
